2019-07-31 2:17 PM UTC The issue has been identified to be with one of the nodes of the database cluster. We have applied mitigation measures to the node and it is functioning as expected. We are conducting an in-depth investigation to determine the nature of issue and prevent its recurrence. We will provide a detailed analysis of this incident once we have completed the investigation.
