Please be informed that on January 26, 2026, the Contentstack team will carry out a planned Redis cache upgrade to improve security and reliability.

Start: January 26, 2026, 03:00 UTC
End: January 26, 2026, 09:00 UTC
Duration: 6 hours
Downtime: Brief (a few seconds to up to one minute)

Impact: During specific phases of the upgrade, some users may experience brief, intermittent HTTP 401 (Unauthorized) responses in the UI. These interruptions are expected to last only a few seconds to a minute and will automatically resolve as the upgrade progresses. Content Delivery services will not be impacted. The impact is limited to Azure EU and Azure NA users, and no user action is required.
