Update - Our upstream service provider's fix is now rolling out region by region, and we're seeing our Support Live Chat and Support Portal return to normal in the regions where that rollout has completed.
Support Portal and Email may continue to be intermittently impacted in regions where the rollout is still in progress. All other services remain unaffected.
We're continuing to monitor the rollout as it completes across all regions, and our upstream provider is working on a permanent fix.
