Please be informed that on June 13, 2026, the Contentstack team will carry out a planned certificate renewal for Azure Redis VMs to improve security and system reliability. Please note that as the certificate is approaching its expiry, this maintenance is being carried out on short notice and cannot be deferred.
Schedule Start: June 13, 2026 03:00 AM UTC End: June 13, 2026 04:30 AM UTC Duration: 90 minutes Downtime: Less than 3 minutes
Impact: During the maintenance activity, the Azure Redis VMs will require a restart, which may result in temporary downtime and brief service interruptions for users in the Azure EU region. Services are expected to recover automatically once the restart is completed.
Content Delivery APIs (CDA) will continue serving requests normally unless explicitly impacted. No action is required from customers at this time. Users are advised to retry any requests that may be impacted during the maintenance window.
