Identified

The issue has been identified within the ingress controller during an ongoing AWS EKS Kubernetes cluster upgrade, which led to a disruption impacting all services in the AWS EU region.

Our team has isolated the root cause and is actively implementing a fix to restore normal traffic routing. Services are expected to recover as the remediation progresses.
